*Db Curl Standard: Dumbbells start at sides arms locked repetition is counted once wrists breaks parallel on way up. Both arms must complete repetition to count. Rep is counted as 1 not 2, Curls are at the same time not alternating.
*if the movement does not say syncro then athletes work one at a time tagging in and out for the 3 minutes
