Our team at Crossfit HERD is 100% dedicated to those who are looking for a healthier life style and the support to achieve it .
As a team we developed our newest addition to our programming HERD FIT! We developed this program for those individuals who are wanting to start their healthier lifestyle journey but may feel intimidated by the gymnastic and Olympic lifting workouts. These workouts will be cardio based using body weight and light barbell movements to make you stronger and healthier in the process.
Our #1 priority is to achieve your fitness goals as a team in a fun, safe manner!
This program will help you make your decision to a healthier life style 100 times easier , so don't wait one more day and let's get this journey started together!
Schedule
Herd Fit classes take place during, and along side our regular scheduled classes.
Regular Classes
Intermediate and experienced athletes will be challenged with programmed WODs that test strength, agility, and endurance. Qualified coaches ensure safety as each class is designed to create an unequivocal fitness session. Begin with a stretch and warm up and ready yourself to be amazed at how your body reacts to each workout. Never a dull moment, you’ll stay motivated and engaged as you compete against yourself while your Herd family sweats and cheers along with you.

Mon - Friday:
5am, 6am, 8:30am, 12pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm, *5:30pm
** No 5:30 class on Fridays
$100 / Month No Contract

Mon - Thurs 1-3 pm
Saturday 8-9 am & 10-11:30 am
